From being a miss to a soon-to-be-missus

Can't believe I've been hibernating again. Roughly four months since my last entry! I thought that after passing my thesis oral defense (yes, I did! And all the agony is SOOOO OVER!! :)), I would be able to have more time blogging; but boy, was I wrong!

A few weeks after making it to the final list of graduating students and a few pats on the back, manong (the beau) proposed. Say what? Yes, he proposed...FINALLY! It was not the cheesy-romantic kind of marriage proposal as it was kinda nerve-wracking, but hey, it totally floats my boat! Time really flies so fast. We've been engaged for more than two months and we've been soooooooo busy with the wedding preps! To date, we have only booked three major things: church, reception venue and couturier. Long way to go!
